Is there a warranty?
I personally stand behind every mattress that leaves our shop. We provide a solid warranty on the structure and durability because I believe a good mattress is a long-term investment in your health.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes, you can. Since we manage the production process ourselves, we aren't limited to standard sizes. Whether you have a custom-built or a unique space, we can craft a mattress tailored perfectly to your needs.
Do you offer delivery and installation?
Absolutely. We have a professional team to handle the heavy lifting and setup for you. We provide delivery throughout Chiang Mai and neighboring areas, ensuring your new mattress is perfectly placed right in your bedroom.
Will the mattress sag over time?
Sagging is the biggest problem with cheap, low-quality mattresses. We solve that problem at the source. I choose High quality materials. My standard is clear: a mattress must be built for real-life durability, not just to look good in a showroom.
